# How It Works

The AdventureWurld Chain is the primary L1 for the entire ecosystem. All platform utility lives here — GULD as gas, token sinks, node operations, node reward distributions, player wallets, and the DAO Battery wallets that fund development. The L1 is the source of truth for everything on-chain.

The DAO Battery is a reserve of 10,000 nodes that funds platform development through daily GULD generation on the AdventureWurld Chain. Wallet infrastructure for the full DAO Battery is being deployed in stages. This is a forward-looking description of work in progress, not a guarantee of timeline or final structure

Wallet addresses, deployment timing, and operational configurations are subject to change as the DAO Battery is built out. All active DAO Battery wallets are visible on-chain through the AdventureWurld block explorer, and the community can verify the status of deployment in real time.

AdventureWurld runs on four interconnected layers that reinforce each other. Players earn GULD by playing games. GULD is the gas of the network and the game token across the entire platform -there will never be another token. The AdventureWurld Chain is our native solution for the platform. Node owners govern the entire platform through the DAO — voting on proposals, selecting the Community Development Team, and holding legal ownership of the platform itself.

Play. Earn. Govern. Own.
